Due to the custom nature of our design work and time invested in each project, all website design payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase — and no work has begun — a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
Our Monthly Maintenance Plan is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with 7 days' notice prior to your next billing date. If your maintenance plan is canceled, RX Hospitality Group is not responsible for future website updates, support, or hosting management.
Hosting is included for all websites on an active Monthly Maintenance Plan. If you choose to manage your hosting independently, RX Hospitality Group will assist with platform setup and access transfer for a one-time fee (if applicable).
Upon full payment and project completion, all websites belong fully to the client. If Monthly Maintenance is canceled, clients are responsible for maintaining, updating, and securing their website independently unless a separate support agreement is in place.
Clients on the Monthly Maintenance Plan receive ongoing edits and updates at no extra charge (within reasonable limits). Clients not on the Monthly Plan can request future updates at an hourly rate or flat project fee.
RX Hospitality Group utilizes a third-party website platform for all website builds. Clients are provided full access and ownership of their site once completed. Platform-specific terms, hosting details, and features are subject to availability and may vary based on the website provider used.
