Services Provided

RX Hospitality Group offers website design services, website maintenance plans, branding services, and related digital products for small businesses. All services are subject to the specific package purchased and service agreement.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. RX Hospitality Group does not store or have access to your full payment details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Ownership of Website

Upon full payment and completion of your website, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client. Monthly Maintenance Plans are optional and provide ongoing support, hosting management, and website edits. Without an active Monthly Maintenance Plan, clients are responsible for managing their own hosting, updates, and website content.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Clients may cancel the Monthly Maintenance Plan at any time with 7 days' notice prior to the next billing date. Please email customer support for any changes to subscription plan Support@rxhospitalitygroup.com

Limitation of Liability

RX Hospitality Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services.
